Dane Smith, Partner, Raised in Tucson, AZ, by a general contractor, Dane Smith has a diverse accomplished career. After college, he excelled as a Project Manager and Estimator for Al Johnson Construction, managing $3-5 million roadway projects. He then transitioned to become a Regional V.P. for a division of Citi Group, building an insurance agency with hundreds of agents. Continuing in insurance, he founded, owned and operated a mortgage company, closing $5-10 million in monthly loans until the 2008 market crash.

He later developed Fin-Tech sales and marketing (SAAS) software with a substantial subscriber base and co-founded a national life insurance agency with agents in 49 states. His exceptional visionary leadership drive success in every venture.

On a personal note, he is married to Contessa, with 5 adult children -10 grandchildren. Active in his church for over 35 years, he is an elder and co-chairman of the board. Additionally, he has coached soccer for 15 years, directed tournaments with 300+ teams, organized various men's ministries, nonprofit projects, and fundraisers. His dedication and multifaceted skills make him an invaluable complement to his developing business partner in The Regency Group, Ltd.

Kent Wyatt, Partner, After attending the University of Colorado in Boulder, Kent embarked on an ambitious path, moving to Hollywood and transitioning from the music industry to real estate. He joined Garson Industrial Realty in Los Angeles, where he made significant strides in industrial and commercial real estate. He became a broker and his company successfully subdivided /sold 100’s of prime properties, showcasing remarkable sales acumen and a visionary approach in southern CA.

Kent's achievements extend beyond real estate. As founder of Marino Wyatt Productions, he and partner Pete Marino produced national TV shows like Emmy nominated "This is San Francisco" and he co-produced documentaries with Sho Kosugi such as "Masters of the Martial Arts." His role as producer and host of "The Stock Show" he interviewed influential NASDAQ CEOs and business leaders, solidifying his reputation as a dynamic and multifaceted professional.

In addition to his entertainment ventures, Kent pioneered innovative advertising and promotional campaigns for major hotels and the USPO, creating high-profile kiosks in 11 Western states. His entrepreneurial spirit and drive for excellence have been the cornerstone of his success.
